We walk side by side setting a rhythmic pace with visual distraction which can help you to feel more relaxed, grounded and at ease whilst dealing with difficult emotions.
The natural world has a wonderful way of reflecting back and connecting us to our own true nature, this can give us a sense of aliveness and wellbeing which can be woven into our daily lives. It is also an opportunity to to develop mindfulness, being present with whatever arises.
It can help to create deeper ways of thinking released by physical movement and activity linking mind body experience.
Studies show that physical activity can improve mental health and has shown to reduce levels and symptoms of depression and anxiety.
